KAM Institute of Technology and Healthcare was established in 1985 to provide educational opportunities, introductory computer skills training, and counseling to our Job training participants and clients. Located in Oak Park, the Institute now provides training that leads to certification in Information Technology and Healthcare careers.
KAMITH prides itself on its outstanding faculty, excellent facilities, quality teaching, and the distinctive services provided to its students. Our faculty and staff are highly trained professional individuals with industry experience in their field of expertise. They are dedicated and determined to help each of our students master the course material and apply their knowledge.

We offer a wide variety of courses and certificates in a fraction of the time.
ADMISSION
Requirements for admission training and certification program at KAMITH include being age 16 and up and low income. Low income requirements are met by qualifications of unemployment and underemployment and are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Admissions are conducted throughout the year. Those applicants who apply during the course of class training will be given first consideration to be enrolled in the next course. Please refer to individual course requirements. No person shall be excluded from admissions, denied any benefits or subjected to any form of discrimination because of sex, age, creed, religion, national origin, or physical handicap.
ACCREDITATION
Kwadwo Antwi-Mensah Institute of Technology and Healthcare (KAMITH) is approved by the Division of Private Business and Vocational Schools of the Illinois Board of Higher Education. Kwadwo Antwi-Mensah Institute of Technology and Healthcare (KAMITH) is not accredited by a U.S. Department of Education recognized accrediting body.
GRIEVANCE PROCEDURES
Students may file a grievance report with KAM Technology and Healthcare Institute by email to: info@aacfworks.org. Student complaints must be submitted in writing to the Board (Section 85(i)(1) of the Act). Information about the complaint may be submitted online through the IBHE website.
